General

What is Khansland?
Khansland is Bangladesh's integrated digital ecosystem with 12 platforms — from e-commerce (Shop) to ride-hailing (Ride) to education (Acad). One account gives you access to everything.
How does SSO work?
Single Sign-On (SSO) means you register once and can use all 12 platforms with the same account. No need to create separate accounts for Shop, Meal, Ride, etc.
How do I pay?
We support bKash as our primary payment gateway. Cash on delivery is available on select platforms. More payment methods coming soon.

Points & Rewards

What are KL Points?
KL Points is our loyalty program. Earn points by shopping, writing reviews (25 pts), and referring friends (500 pts for the referee, 100 pts for you). Spend points as discounts on Shop.
How do I earn points?
You earn points automatically: 1 point per 100 BDT spent on Shop, 25 points per product review, 100 points for each successful referral, and bonus points during special promotions.
Can I transfer points to another user?
Points are non-transferable. They are tied to your account and can only be redeemed by you.

Platform-Specific

How do I become a vendor on Shop?
Visit shop.khansland.com.bd and click "Become a Seller". Choose between Vendor (business) or Individual seller. Your application will be reviewed by our team.
How do I become a Bhabi on Meal?
Visit meal.khansland.com.bd and register as a home cook. You'll need to provide your menu, area, and opening hours. Our team will review and approve your profile.
How do I register as a driver on Ride?
Visit ride.khansland.com.bd and apply as a driver. Once verified by our admin team, you can start accepting ride requests.
How do I post a job on Euro?
Visit euro.khansland.com.bd/admin and create a new job listing. You'll need an admin account — contact us if you're an employer looking to recruit.
How do I register my company on Expo?
Visit expo.khansland.com.bd and click "Register Company". Provide your business details and our team will review and approve your listing.

How do I report a problem?
Use the contact form at khansland.com.bd/contact or email hello@khansland.com.bd with details of the issue. Include screenshots if possible.
How do I delete my account?
Go to your Profile settings and scroll to the bottom. Click "Delete Account" and confirm. This action is permanent and will remove all your data across platforms.
